Assuming pre 2007 version, up to tables, and click show gridlines. Sorry, just read your question properly, you want the actual grid lines. Highlight the whole table because that is what is is, easier if you can right button of mouse in the little symbol top left of the table which highlights the whole table quickly without dragging and also brings up submenu, down to borders and shading and click on All and you have your lines. Now tick the check box with label as Gridlines to display the gridlines in the Word document.Įasiest way is when you set up your labels click the new document option so you see them and can save for future use, rather than just print, which I assume is what you've done. Launch Word Mac 2011 and click the Layout menu and then navigate to Grid section. What am I missing here? Similarly there is an option available to display the gridlines in Word for Mac 2011. I just want to see the outline of the labels on a page. If I create a table and Click View, and check gridlines, I get what looks like graph paper. When I select Insert Table, my options are to create a table.
